THE ROLE
As the Senior Associate/Associate, People Practices & Compliance, you will:
Partner with relevant Business Partners, including Legal and Risk, to gather legislative and policy requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement people policies, supporting effective change management
Audit and revise the Employee Handbook to ensure consistency with current policies and legislative requirements
Support the annual rollout of the Employee Handbook, ensuring consistent application across teams
Support the development of frameworks, tools and processes that support effective and compliant employment practices
Partner with stakeholders to advise on amendments to employment contracts, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements
