We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Specialist to support our operations team through a full range of HR functions. Responsibilities
- Full‑cycle recruitment
- Coordinate onboarding and training
- Provide high quality HR advice and service to operations team on a regular basis with respect to employee relations and performance management issues
- Provide expertise in the following areas: high volume recruitment, data analysis, employee relations, employee engagement, health & safety
- Generate reports as needed
- Continuously review and improve processes
- Share HR best practices with colleagues and mentor to bolster succession plan
