This organisation is undergoing a significant period of transformation within its People & Culture function, following the appointment of a new Chief People Officer and the introduction of a redesigned operating model. With a workforce of a few thousand employees spread across multiple production and distribution sites in ANZ there is a clear mandate to build a more scalable, consistent and employee-focused HR service delivery model. The environment is complex and operationally driven, with a global parent structure that brings both opportunity and challenge in terms of governance, approvals and stakeholder alignment.
THE ROLE
