Responsibilities

1. Conduct testing and enhancement of product performance metrics and usage effectiveness, including technical research and development in areas such as thermal-humidity environment control, rapid cooling/heating, low-temperature heating performance, high-efficiency technologies, novel heat exchangers, and new refrigerants.


2. Engage in electrical component development, experimental design, and device performance testing to improve reliability and quality.


3. Resolve issues arising during electrical component development, drive new technology adoption, and contribute to standardization efforts.


4. Design performance solutions for motors and execute optimization improvements.


5. Conduct conceptual design and product development for innovative solutions.
