Your Role:
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer to join our in-house team at The Global Talent Co.
This is a part‐time, internal role focused primarily on Paid Search (Google Ads), while also supporting broader paid media efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Your mission: scale our candidate acquisition engine by running full‐funnel campaigns that convert top‐tier marketers into applicants.
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads (Paid Search), while supporting Meta and LinkedIn channels
Own keyword strategy, bidding, and search intent optimization to drive high‐quality candidate acquisition
Test and experiment with new platforms such as X (Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok to expand acquisition reach
