About the Role:As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing paid media strategies that directly impact business growth.This position is ideal for someone with 3-4+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising accounts across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and/or TikTok.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution:- Launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search, Shopping, Display), TikTok, and Amazon Ads.
- Develop full-funnel strategies that cover awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Organize campaigns and ad sets to support scalability and high testing velocity.Data Analysis & Optimization:- Review performance at the ad, audience, and creative level to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Optimize based on CAC, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CVR, and blended metrics such as MER.
