**Description:**

The Personal Assistant to the Area Vice President (AVP) and General Manager of Grand Hyatt Tokyo provides high-level executive, operational and strategic administrative support across Hyatt’s Japan Luxury, Lifestyle & Grand Hyatt (LLG) portfolio as well as Grand Hyatt Tokyo. This role acts as a central coordination point between the AVP, General Managers, hotel leadership teams, owners and corporate stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, operational alignment, accountability follow-through and seamless execution of business priorities.

The role requires exceptional organizational capability, sound judgment, discretion, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced, multi-property luxury environment.
