Job Overview

Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identify customer needs, provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. Collaborate within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver a desirable customer experience and achieve overall business objectives. Support operational activities such as inventory management, escalated service requests, customer application follow‑ups, filing, opening and closing activities. Maintain compliance with risk and regulatory processes to safeguard customers’ assets.
