About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Aged Care team on a casual basis at our Scarborough site.

Every shift is an opportunity to create meaningful moments and support residents to live with dignity, independence, and connection.

In This Role You Will:

• Provide high-quality personal care with empathy and respect
• Support residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and emotional wellbeing
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary care team
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
• Promote independence, choice, and person-centred care
• Follow clinical procedures and Aged Care Quality Standards to ensure safe, quality care
