A Personal Host is a dedicated service expert who personifies the Reserve service for each guest. Personal Hosts play the role of mission controller throughout a guest’s stay, hand crafting their experience. Through this single touchpoint, Reserve guests have access to all of the property’s services, amenities and offerings. Always available but never intrusive, the Personal Host coordinates logistics of each guest’s stay including spa services, dinner reservations, transportation and exploration of the property. The Personal Host is a master of timing and communication, ensuring that each guest’s needs are anticipated and met in a way that is fluid, seamless and seemingly effortless.
