A growing personal injury law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle personal injury cases from start to finish. This full-time in-office position can be based in Stockton or Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a JD and be admitted to the California State Bar, with preferred experience of 1 to 5 years in Plaintiff Personal Injury. Responsibilities include evaluating claims, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
