Personal Injury Solicitor (Defendant), NQ-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to join a well‑established and experienced team handling a varied caseload alongside fee earners at all levels. JOB REF: 3557

THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims, HAVS / WRULD claims and Asbestos‑related injury claims.
• You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.
• The role offers exposure to high‑quality litigation work, client contact, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive and collaborative environment.

SKILLS REQUIRED
