Salary and Incentives
Salary range: 52,200 – 63,800 CAD per year (based on a 35‑hour week). Incentives include commissions & performance incentives: 10–15% of salary (subject to performance). Additional benefits include an Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP), a Group RRSP with company matching, and DPSP offerings.
