Handle inbound client inquiries (phone and email) in a call‑center environment, providing clear information on personal insurance products and identifying sales opportunities. Assess client needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and provide ongoing service, including policy changes and regular coverage reviews. Proactively generate new business by recommending suitable products and services. Improve each interaction with effective up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients.
