As part of a collaboration between Australian Red Cross Lifeblood (Lifeblood) and the Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing, a PhD scholarship is being offered in the research area of the relationship between Work and Health.
More specifically:
- Lifeblood is committed to supporting high‑quality academic research that enhances the health, wellbeing, engagement and performance of its workforce.
- The PhD project seeks to deepen understanding of the bidirectional relationship between work and health, including how work design, environments and experiences influence health outcomes, and how health, in turn, shapes engagement and performance at work.
- The PhD project will be co-designed by the PhD researcher and their PhD supervisors, with Lifeblood taking an active role in co-supervising the candidate for the scholarship duration.
