At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we are a dedicated community supporting Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and their families. We provide recreation, sports & fitness programs, financial services, retail services, discounts, family support and charity events.

THE ROLE Deploy as a Reconditioning Specialist for six months overseas, delivering exercise and reconditioning services to CAF and partner nations. You will lead reconditioning programs for members affected by medical conditions, design specific programs, provide injury prevention education and support the team in training, development and overall program management.

You will also assist with recreational activities and events, promoting healthy practices and assisting in physical fitness evaluations and baseline testing for individuals with chronic or musculoskeletal disorders.
