Job Summary

The School of Physiotherapy, within the Faculty of Health, has established the Dalhousie Physiotherapy Clinic to deliver exceptional physiotherapy services to Dalhousie's students, athletes, faculty/staff and the general public. Utilizing an evidence-based treatment approach, the Clinic offers innovative experiential learning opportunities for students and incorporates research-centered clinical practice. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Physiotherapist will provide client-centered, evidence-informed care while creating experiential learning opportunities for students and contributing to research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with injuries and issues of a sport, work-related or complex neuromusculoskeletal nature; provide ongoing evaluation of client progress.
