This dynamic role offers the chance to lead a skilled multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Recreation Therapists, and Therapy Assistants in delivering high-impact care in a fast-paced acute care environment. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping patient care through the development of intervention protocols, education materials, and quality improvement initiatives. You’ll shape clinical practice, mentor staff, and support the clinical teaching of students. Your leadership will help ensure excellence in service delivery and foster a collaborative, supportive workplace culture.
