Physiotherapist - Schulich Heart Program - Temporary Full-Time - 2026-17028 (2026-17028)

Summary of Duties

The Physiotherapist (in collaboration with the interprofessional team) is responsible for providing person‑centred patient assessments and interventions for patients with cardiovascular conditions and complex needs, including recommendations for follow‑up as required (i.e., Home Care Program, community or rehabilitation resources) on the Schulich Heart Program. Works with the physiotherapists and other members of the patient‑care program/team of the Schulich Heart Program to enhance and support best practice and the existing collaborative relationships. Participates in quality improvement initiatives, evaluative processes that include the use of standardized and valid outcome measures, report writing, and research activities.
