Pilot Project- Management Interim Assignation at CBHSSJB

SUMARRY OF THE POSITION
The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) is looking for a candidate to fill a pilot project for an interim management position of evening, night, weekend overview of the hospital needs.

Under the authority of the Assistant Director, Chisasibi Regional Hospital, the incumbent will plan, organize, coordinate, and control Human Resources and the continuity of hospital services.

During night and weekend shifts, the incumbent will act as the central manager of the facility, ensuring overall coordination of operations and actively contributing to real-time hospital flow. In this context, the incumbent will play a key role in decision-making, prioritization, and management of critical situations.

The incumbent will also ensure optimal continuity of operations by actively preparing the conditions for the next shift, notably by anticipating capacity issues, care pathways, and resource availability. The ...
