Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Law Clerk (Accident Benefits / Tort / Medical Malpractice) to add to their growing team in downtown Toronto:
3+ years of Litigation experience (Personal Injury / Insurance Defense) is required Experienced with Production Letters and Undertakings Prepares for examinations for discovery, case conferences, mediations, motions, appeals, pre-trial conferences, trials, and mediations/arbitrations Liaise with clients and opposing counsel Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, work well under pressure, be client oriented, exhibit good judgment, resourcefulness, and demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality and discretion Hybrid role (3 days in-office) This a new position with the firm; Expected Salary Range $65,000 - $85,000
