The Planner, Engagement, Retention and Loyalty CRM supports the execution of NCI's customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies to strengthen the customer experience. The role works with internal teams and CRM agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned, delivered on time and within budget, while contributing to ongoing improvements that maximize effectiveness
