- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or related industry desired Knowledge - Knowledge of an industrial entity processes and operations.Technical awareness of manufacturing processes and indicators.
- Demonstrated ability with quality and continuous improvement tools (Process FMEA, Risk analysis, Root Cause Analysis, 5W, 5S, DMAIC, VSM, etc.) - Knowledge of supply chain principles & tools; ERP principles.
