Description

Responsibilities
Manage all plant operations to ensure profitability targets, safety and quality standards are met
Supervise and manage plant personnel, clearly communicating organizational expectations
Oversee all aspects of production scheduling including:
Daily reports
Delivery scheduling
Invoicing, reconciliations, time entry and payroll administration 
Provide technical leadership to customers to help them understand the advantages of using ready mix concrete products
Maintain customer relationships and drive new business development
General customer service including answering calls, email communication, etc.
Job specification review, quantity takeoffs, tender/bid preparation, negotiation, submittal, and follow up 
Support plant maintenance activities, including routine upkeep, assisting with basic repairs, and contributing to the safe and reliable operation of equipment
