Plant Manager

The Position

Reporting to the Director of Global Die Manufacturing - CPM, the Plant Manager is accountable for safe, efficient and cost‑effective operations to ensure achievement of company objectives as well as consistent achievement of customer product quality and on‑time delivery. He/she will provide leadership, direction, decision making, and stability for all plant employees including maintenance, production, process, warehousing & shipping, quality control, inventory control and will work extensively and collaboratively with the engineering and order processing teams in CPM Americas locations.

This position is responsible for the planning and direction of all manufacturing activities for the manufacture of pellet mill dies at the Dorssers facility in Blenheim, Ontario Canada. Duties and responsibilities will include supervision and coordination of activities and personnel.
