Plant Manager - Denim Fabric - 1437

This role is responsible for the full operation of the denim plant, including weaving, indigo dyeing, and finishing, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee weaving, dyeing (indigo), finishing, and logistics and ensure denim fabrics meet performance and aesthetic standardsEnsure bulk production follows approved standards and wash expectations, minimize shade variation and inconsistenciesCollaborate with Quality and Development on approvals.
