Plant Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**:**Direct contact with the General Manager in all operational aspects of the unit, presenting results, improvement plans and proposals for action;**- Oversee and coordinate all Directorates have a direct bearing on operating results of the unit;- Lead operational meetings and interdepartmental meetings to improve and / or the respective Directorates;- Coordinates with the respective Directorates, respond to customers;- Articulates and proposes to the General Directorate of neednecessary means and resources; **Ensure the prevention of pollution;**- Separate waste;- Optimize resources (where applicable);- Complying with the Safety and Environmental regulations established for your job.
