Plant Manager

Excelitas Technologies, a global technology leader with more than 7,500 employees, operates a FDA‑registered contract medical‑device manufacturing facility in Mississauga, Ontario. We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee safe, compliant and efficient end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, including production, continuous improvement, cost control, quality assurance, maintenance, materials planning, and workforce development.

Main Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership – Own daily production performance (output, OEE, schedule adherence, first‑pass yield) and deliver against monthly/quarterly targets; lead the Supply Chain, Production, Quality and Mechanical Engineering teams.
• Safety, Compliance & Quality – Champion a safety‑first culture in compliance with Ontario’s OHSA and internal EHS policies; lead hazard assessments, corrective actions, and incident investigations.
