Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations – Bimbo Bakehouse, the incumbent will be responsible for leading and developing the Bimbo Bakehouse plant management team to achieve safety, quality and production goals as well as exceed the expectations of our customers in the most cost‑effective manner. Specifically, this position manages the overall activities of two plants in the Greater Toronto Area, in particular the production, maintenance, and sanitation departments in a rapid‑paced environment.
