Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plant Manager to oversee operations at Dass Rebar. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This leadership role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage production schedules and labor, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Working with team members and solving any problems that may arise on a daily basis
• Knowledge of rebar fabrication and production technicalities
• Monitors plant performance
