Plant Operations Mgmt 5/Plant Manager (R)

Oversees a manufacturing facility, which includes manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, materials, procurement, production control, and other plant-level functional areas. Responsible for leadership, management, and performance of the manufacturing facility. Manages the overall plant performance and growth, including P&L responsibilities, programs execution, and operations management. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel development and succession planning to ensure the efficient operation of the function. This position is referred to as the Plant Manager.
