**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
+ Adjust controls and processes to meet quality and production targets
+ Follow safety procedures and report hazards or issues promptly
+ Collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance and troubleshoot challenges
