Position Overview (English)

Accountable to the Site Supervisor, the Operator works with the site manager and supervisor(s) on a daily basis to ensure timely and accurate processes are followed in the preparation of our products and raw materials. The Plant Operator participates as an integral member of the Canada Supply Chain team and performs duties in accordance with the mandate and priorities of Scotts Canada Ltd. Impact of recommendations, decisions and actions made by the incumbent: Low to Moderate. The Plant Operator may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties and may be required to work on holidays and weekends from time to time.
