Plant Performance Improvement Leader

Transform plant operations as the Plant Performance Improvement Leader at Johnson Controls. Under the JCBS framework, you will identify improvement opportunities and lead transformational projects.
This leadership role requires you to assess operational performance, visualize future state goals, and ensure project completion in alignment with business strategies. Develop a CI Roadmap and coach teams to drive breakthrough performance while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify performance gaps and define improvement strategies

Requirements:
