ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:                

Design and development of PLC and HMI programs and the start up, commission and improvement of production equipment

SCOPE:

·        Works independently and interdependently within various interdepartmental teams

RESPONSIBILITIES/EFFORTS

·  Supports continuous improvement projects by analyzing root causes and implement solutions to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and reliability.

·  Complete improvements for error proofing and design function for all new and existing equipment as required

· Programming, commissioning, and testing of Rockwell, Siemens, and Omron PLC and HMI programs, which may include associated manufacturing equipment such as motion control, vision, RFID, scanners/readers,...
