PMO Manager - AIS Systems

Job Overview

We are seeking a PMO Manager – AIS Systems within our Electrification & Automation (EA) business to drive excellence within the Systems Department as part of the Project Management Office. This position can be based hybrid within Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of AIS Systems Project Managers, ensuring alignment on expectations, promoting proactive growth-focused conversations, encouraging daily learning, and recognizing employee achievements.
• Promote safety as a top priority by identifying and mitigating risks across the organization.
• Coordinate project planning and resource allocation, overseeing overall planning to ensure projects are well-resourced and aligned with business goals.
