PMO Practice Analyst

The Project Management Office (PMO) Practice Analyst is a key role providing support for developing and implementing PMO methodologies and tools across the organization using a consistent and proven methodology to ensure adoption and adherence to PMO processes. Requirements Assist the PMO leaders with the maintenance of the PMO methodologies and governance frameworks incorporating processes, templates, tools and techniques, dashboards and KPIs required to manage programs and projects. Continue to evolve the portfolio management capabilities.

Assist the PMO leadership with the selection and implementation of PMO software to support PMO methodologies. Continuously monitor best practices to identify opportunities to improve PMO processes. Develop, deliver, and maintain all PMO training and education materials.
