Lead maintenance operations as a Maintenance Manager at Domtar’s Port Alberni Mill. Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient use of resources to optimize production levels.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance functions in the mill, developing strategies that meet production levels and manage costs effectively. This includes direct oversight of maintenance supervisors and fostering a collaborative environment with operations personnel while liaising with union representatives. The role also requires participation in budget development and maintaining safety standards across the facility.
