Position Type

Full time (10 PA, with an 8 DCC and 2 SPA split) Fixed term post for 3 years. Salary Scale – £64,158 - £99,975 per annum.

Overview

We offer a 3‑year CESR Fellowship programme for international psychiatrists, providing visa sponsorship, relocation support, bespoke mentoring and clinical placements to achieve a full GMC registration and pave the way to a substantive NHS consultant role.

Program Details

The fellowship includes 8 DCC, 2 SPA and 2 SPA split. It offers a tailored job plan with special‑interest sessions covering the GMC criteria for knowledge, skills and experience. Candidates remain on the programme for at least three years, subject to satisfactory progression.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric training with a formal qualification (e.g., M.D. (Psychiatry) or recognised postgraduate qualifications).
• Currently engaged in clinical practice over the past 12 months.
