Overview

This role will lead the organization’s primary digital asset – the Epic electronic medical record (EMR). Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of application analysts, establishing clear priorities, performance expectations, and professional development pathways. Translate organizational strategy into actionable digital health initiatives, system configuration, and enhancements.
