Position Summary

The University of Regina is seeking a motivated and dedicated Post-Graduate Intern to join our Strength and Conditioning team, working specifically with the University of Regina Rams Football Team.


This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a high-performance collegiate environment. You’ll work closely with athletes and coaching staff to support and implement effective strength and conditioning programs.

Position Requirements Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and delivery of strength and conditioning programs for the University of Regina football athletes

  • Supervise training sessions, ensuring athlete safety and proper technique

  • Track and report on athlete progress and performance metrics
