Overview

The Keane Lab (Biophysics Program, University of Michigan) is currently recruiting 2 Postdoctoral Research Fellows. The initial appointment as a Research Fellow is for one year with the possibility of renewal, contingent upon satisfactory performance, availability of work, and the availability of funding.

Lab Focus

The Keane lab seeks to investigate the structure and dynamics of functional noncoding RNAs and RNPs. We use an array of biochemical, cell biology, and biophysical techniques to characterize RNA structure, RNA‑RNA, RNA‑protein, and RNA‑small molecule interactions. We seek a highly motivated postdoc with a positive outlook, experience in RNA biochemistry and/or structural biology, and the adaptability to quickly learn new skills.
