Power BI Developer, Helsinki or Tampere

About the role

As a PBI Developer, you will work closely with the backend data engineering team (DBT developers). Once the core data has been cleaned and modeled into Snowflake and the Data Lake, your responsibility will be to build the interface that brings this data to life for end-users and executive stakeholders, driving strategic end-to-end efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high‑quality, visually striking Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Work directly at the end‑user interface layer, ensuring reports are intuitive, fast, and optimized for business decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and backend data engineers to understand requirements and map data points correctly.
• Iterate rapidly on dashboard designs to deliver quick, visual results back to the stakeholders.
