b.-It is responsible for monitoring and solving the defects found in the different internal audits (SCA, DVX, PQG, 3MIS) and external (Corporatvas, ME, ISO, etc.)
c.-It is responsible for the creation, administration and modification of the tools used in the execution of the operation, such as the TiCON and the Process Sheets in the Team Center, as well as the implementation of OPL, SOP, VSOP, etc. 2 Operational 40.00 %
a.-Create improvement projects that are related to Transformation Cost, and that also impact quality and productivity, through the Kaizen methodology, achieving substantial savings through the elimination of any of the 7 wastes
