Give support and answers to hourly and salary employees through our different contact channels, answering questions regarding HR processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Personal attention in production offices
• Review of employees information to resolve questions regarding HR
• Contact with HR departments to solve questions of employees
• Case management through Salesforce
• Follow up on projects of the department
