This is a relationship-driven, field-based role for someone who understands the realities of running a clinic and enjoys helping owners and teams operate better, lead better, and grow sustainably. If you’ve ever thought about using your clinic leadership experience to make a broader impact beyond a single location, this role might be your next step. This position involves regular regional travel to visit clinics in your assigned territory, balanced with work-from-home time for planning, follow-ups, and virtual coaching.
