Pre-Construction Manager / Gestionnaire de Pré-construction

Overview Reporting directly to the Director of Construction, the Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for leading and managing all pre-construction activities from initial concept through to the start of the project. This role ensures that projects are properly scoped, budgeted, scheduled, and de-risked prior to construction, while aligning client expectations, design intent, and execution strategy. The Pre-Construction Manager acts as the key liaison between clients, design teams, consultants, and internal project teams to deliver accurate, competitive, and executable project plans.
