As the Prep Cook/Lodge Hand at one of CHVI's flagship properties, the Mount Engadine Lodge (MEL) , you play a vital role in the daily heartbeat of the guest experience. While you will be primarily supporting the culinary team through high-quality food preparation and kitchen excellence, you are also a versatile member of the lodge, ensuring our common areas and guest spaces remain pristine and welcoming.
