Provide executive leadership for Nova Scotia Community College, working with the Board of Governors to support governance and advance strategic priorities.

Shape institutional direction and ensure priorities translate into meaningful outcomes for learners, employers, and the provincial economy.

Serve as a visible ambassador fostering trust, collaboration, and alignment across the college, building relationships with students, employees, and partners.
