Primary Care Registered Nurse (Okotoks)

FTE: 1.0 FTE, Temporary, 12‑month position.

Position Summary

The Primary Care Registered Nurse (PCRN) will work as a part of a multidisciplinary primary care team including allied health professionals and community partners to deliver holistic patient centered care, with consideration of all social determinants of health. The PCRN provides comprehensive team‑based care to patients across the lifespan, in the patients’ medical home and at Calgary Rural PCN central clinic locations.

The PCRN may support a variety of programs and services, while exercising a high degree of critical thinking, in an autonomous but collaborative and supportive environment.
